Job Title: DSP (Direct Support Professional)

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Queens and the Bronx! As a DSP, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work in residential group homes alongside 2-3 other DSPs, a supervisor, and a nurse.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (HSD) or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
  • Compassionate and patient with a strong sense of responsibility
